How a plan is delivered
- The Free plan is available as soon as you create an account at app.schedu.bhusku.com.
- A paid plan starts as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. The Subscription page in the app shows the plan, and Razorpay emails a receipt.
- Renewals continue the plan without interruption on the renewal date.
- Enterprise plans start on the date in the institution's agreement.
If your plan has not started
If you paid and the app still shows the earlier plan after 30 minutes, write to hello@bhusku.com with the payment date and amount. We switch it on or refund the payment within 2 working days, as the Refund and Cancellation Policy describes.
Where the service is provided
Anywhere with an internet connection and a modern web browser. Prices are in Indian rupees.
